All caregivers receive training on policies and procedures and understanding aging illnesses before starting care with any client. Q. What makes Home With You Senior Care different from other in-home care companies?
Respect and compassion are at the core of everything we do. We believe in open and consistent communication between all areas of the health and support system – client, caregiver, family members, agency, and health care providers. And when it comes to our staff, we care as much about our employees as we do our clients, which helps us retain high quality, loyal caregivers who have a passion for caring for others. We use an independent customer and client satisfaction measurement firm, Home Care Pulse, to continuously survey both our clients and our caregivers to gauge how well we are doing and to improve our services and employee culture.
Q. What are the advantages of home care?
Home care allows senior loved ones to continue living the incredible lives they’ve worked hard to build in the comfort and familiarity of home. The compassionate assistance provided by in-home caregivers brings joy, connection, and purpose to the lives of our loved ones, and gives family members a peace of mind knowing Mom or Dad is happy and in good hands.
Q. Who can receive in-home care?
We specialize in senior care; however, if the client has an early onset illness, we can also tend to his or her needs.
Q. Are your services available in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?
Yes, we have had many experiences working together with the staff in nursing homes and assisted living facilities in our communities and we can provide care for seniors wherever they call home.
Q. What if my caregiver is sick and cannot make it to my house?
In the event that your caregiver is sick or can otherwise not make it to your home, we will contact you immediately and offer to send a replacement. If this person is new to the client, one of our management staff will accompany the caregiver to make the introduction and explain the care needs to eliminate any stress on the client and/or client family members.
